Sept 8th-12th
Our first Unit of the year. We will look at the history and role of maps and their influence on cultural development

Week 2

Sept 15th-19th
This week we will start the historical aspects of mapping. Students will transfertheir 8 X 11 maps of the school to a butcher paper size version using applying proper scaling, compass, and legend requirements.

    MON: Turn-in Hw "Early Mapmaking" article. Hist of Mapmaking ppt
    Work on mapping the school project.
