Final Assignment

This is the last step. You will not be writing a full essay but instead will reflect on the process and write only what is essentially a conclusion to your paper. You should use the questions below as guidelines, but do not just write the answers to the questions in order in your paragraph.

Organize your paragraphs clearly. Be concise. Always remember what your purpose is in writing this and only write what helps you fulfill that purpose.

Your reflection should be one page, typed, and double-spaced. Use only 12 point font. Spelling and grammar count so check both before you print it. I will not accept anything hand-written.

First Paragraph: 5-7 sentences

Describe your research process.

• How did you choose your thesis? Was it a good one to research and write about?
• How did you go about your research?
• Did you find resources online and/or in the library?
• What types of sources were most helpful? Why?
• What challenges did you face? How did you overcome them?
• Do you think you can write a strong research paper with the material you have found? Why or why not?

Second Paragraph: 7-10 sentences

Write your conclusion.

• What was your thesis?
• What would you have proven if you wrote the whole paper?
• What facts, details, and/or data would you have relied on?
• How well can you prove your thesis?
