Computer software: MS Office suite; Word Processing, Database/Spreadsheets, Presentation Software, Publisher; Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Studio;
Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Flash, Freehand; APCD software,: Appleworks,
iPhoto, iMovie, iTunes.

Equipment: Computers, TV/VCR/DVD station, Integrity web presentation
system, LCD Projectors for labs and ITC, Overhead projector, slide projector,
printing, scanning and photocopying.
PROCEDURES: To keep our library running smoothly
- Regular book checkout period is two weeks.The fine is 10c per day for
overdue books.(Exception: reference books: Overnight by permission
after last period and returned before 8:00 A.M. the following day).
- If you have an overdue book you cannot check out any library materials.
- Students will not get report cards until overdues are returned or paid for.
- There is a $.25/day fine for reference book and magazine overdues.
- Periodicals and lecture tapes may be checked out for 3 days. There is a
$.25/ day overdue fine.
- You may have a total of five items checked out at the same time.
- All lost items must be paid for. There may be a replacement cost, service
charge and fines.
- Please allow time to check out. If you wait until the last minute you may
be late for class
RULES
- What you can do to make this a better place for everyone
- Speak quietly and behave in a manner consistent with study.
- During class time you must have a written pass to use the ITC.
- Do not bring food, candy or drinks into the ITC.
- Leave a clean environment
- Pass through the entryway in an orderly manner and lower your voice.
- All items taken from the ITC must be checked out.

We encourage active study and exploration of all the resources in the library. Our mission is to support the curriculum of Leland High
School. To do so we attempt
to provide access to current, adequate and appropriate information resources, and to ensure that all students, teachers
and staff members are effective users of ideas and information.

The ITC includes a Career Center, and extensive networked computer resources. If you need help, please ask.
